I have talk to over five customer service rep promising a call back within seven to ten business days with a solution, no call back.
No one have tried to contact me so I would have to call them again to find out it was denied. Which again that accumalate late charges which right now its up to $24.75.
I even had a rep hang up on me if I didn't have any other issues. She said that there is nothing else that she can do.
