I recently got done my taxes. The officer was late by 30 mins, he did not know what forms to use, I had to call someone to find out the right form numbers. He checked with someone else in the office and said the form i was looking for did not exist since the 1990's. I wonder how people run such incompetent operations. This will be the
last time I will even think about HR block. This is the Harrisburg HR block office (on jonestown road) and the office is Anil Rastogi. He couldnt even type properly, and his internet was aboslutely slow. An utter disgusting waste of
time and money.
