HR Block - Money Stolen Off Emerald Card By Customer Service Rep
I called about a month ago to have an extra card on my account closed out, that was supposed to be closed out at the beginning of the year anyway. I still had an active card on the account and set up my pay check to be direct deposited.
The same day I get an email stating that all my money was drafted out of my account and was suppose to be sent in check form to the address of file. Unto my knowledge the rep to it upon himself to take all my money off of my card and mail it to an incorrect address. A whole month later still no check or money placed back on card no one seems to know what happened to my money and are refusing to refund it back to my card.
I'm pissed to the max and considering getting legal representation because H&R block has no plans on resolving this issue I see. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone from my experience they are a bunch of incompetent *** that haven't a brain to share between all of them.
Reason of review: stolen funds from account never recovered.
Monetary Loss: $53.
Preferred solution: For my hard earned money to be placed back to my account and an apology for the horrible customer service they provide in not attempting to resolve the issue which was fault of one of their own employees..
