HR Block is a reputable company. It is not their fault that people file and use the bank products offered to pay for blocks fees that they don't have when they file their return. If you have hidden past it will catch up with you. Back child support, school tuition not paid or other outstanding debt. If you don't get back your finance charges when being kicked down to RAC. It is HSBC bank that you should deal with. They are supposed to adjust the finance fees. Once it leaves the HR Block Office it is in the hands of the Bank.

H&R block did not file a form that I gave them about withdrawing early from a 401k. The agent discussed with us never to withdrawl from 401k so I know he had the form. Well now we owe the IRS and H&R Block is leaving us in the cold, even though we baught into thier piece of mind program. They are a scam.

H&R BLOCK FILED MY TAXES MESS UP THE PAPERWORK AND STILL CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT FOR THEIR GOOF UP I GIVE THEM EVERY THEY NEEDED TO THEY STOLE MONEY FROM CARD THROUGH THEIR LITTLE BANK SCAM
