I've purchased their online Deluxe + State software and it downloaded but will not open. After 6 calls to support which sends you in many, many directions, I am nowhere.
I absolutely can't get a person to talk to. I don't know what else to do - even get my money back - because there is no way to talk to a person. They suggest it is your computer's problem and to disable all programs - I don't know how to do that.
I had used them for several years when they supplied discs and never had a problem, but now they discontinue the disc to save a few cents, and we are screwed with a million options trying to get their software to work.
Now I was told I could request a disc for $9.00 but I don't know how to do it. If I knew before, I would have spent the $9.00
I don't know what I'm going to do.
User's recommendation: Buy the extra disc for $9.00.
Monetary Loss: $40.
