I had to start a new account with you guys using the My Block app. So, I initiated it and was able to access the new account.

Moreover, I was trying to get old tax returns that I needed. I went through the identity verification process, and I know very well that I'm entering the correct information. However, the system kept telling me that the information was incorrect and they couldn't verify my credentials. Thus, they failed to provide me what I needed in terms of past tax returns and asked to try again.

So, I repeated this process several times but ended up with the same results. Eventually, I was frustrated enough to call customer service. They informed me that it was a security glitch. You guys don't allow someone to start a new account and access the info because you guys store Social Security numbers.

I understand the reasoning, but why does the app repeatedly tell me that I'm inputting the wrong info so that I keep trying over and over, mistakenly thinking I'm typing something incorrect instead of informing me that I need to wait 24 to 48 hours to be able to access my past returns? This is utterly frustrating as it has done nothing but wasted my time. I needed those copies today, not in 48 hours. Verifying my identity should have been sufficient.

Honestly, I believe you should fix this issue. At the very least, you should post a notice about it on your site because, after talking to your representative, she divulged that she has received a ton of calls regarding this issue. I've filed my taxes through the years with you guys but am contemplating using another company.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible and I'll consider not taking my business elsewhere. Sincerely, a frustrated customer named Tony.

I used he block this year for my taxes thought I would give them another chance. But I was completely wrong.

I used their service told me I was doing the free tax return but I was completely charged not sure why I was charged but they charged me. To add insult to injury they made me sign up for spruce come to find out I never received my card. I used the mobile wallet for a day or two after that it would deny my transactions. But I looked and someone had been pulling money out of my account using the very card I never received.

I was out of town at the time. I even gave them proof I was not here when all that went about I even filed a police report I did everything they asked me to do yet they still keep denying my claim and not giving me a reason to why it's denied. Just saying the denial still stands if you ask me this company is going through the ringer and I am surely going to look into counsel on this matter. I was even told that they have access to your PIN number.

Someone on the phone told me the PIN number which to me made no sense. I have over 60 pictures of screenshots where I have been constantly reaching out phones calls and chats talking to different people each time got all their names and everything and was just getting the run around left and right.

This is a terrible company. My next step is to contact the irs and file fraud against them.

I filed taxes with h and r block app, and paid a tax pro to review it, Chhandita Roy is her name.then after I had filed I got a 1099 r in the mail for a 401k withdrawal I had completely forgot about, so I notified my tax pro and she said to wait until I got my return and file a amended return, I asked if she could help me with that, and she never replied, so I waited probably at least a month maybe longer, then I asked her again, and she said she couldnt do that, that I had to go a local h and r block, well the person at my local h and r block cant help me because my file is locked to the original tax pro, Chhandita Roy, I need my file unlocked and sent to Jennifer tisdale at the Lake City SC office, so she can help do Chhanditas job that I already paid Chhandita to do. Us customer dont understand taxes, thats why pay comoainirs h and r block to help us do it, because we dont know how.

I dont feel like i should have to pay to file the amended return but I also dont feel Jennifer tisdale at the Lake City SC office should do it for free.

I already paid and got terrible customer service from Chhandita Roy .i paid for the extended service peace of mind plan and my mind is not a peace and my tax pro cant seem to help me. Im stressed out right now and a little pissed off.
