Got into physical tug of war with rep. who didn't want to give me my forms. That was the reason I was there, to pick up my forms that she told me to come and get! Unreal
HR Block says they will stand behind you and help you. Problem is there no one to answer there phones.
Endless loop of automated responses with no person. Long time customer will never use or recommend hr block again.
