I usually get paid with no problem every Thursday...however this Thursday happens to be the fourth of july(my daughters birthday) and i called my card expecting for my money to be there on Wednesday because payroll sent it in a day early and everyone at my job got paid Wednesday. When i called my card it says "funds will be loaded on july 5th"....a whole extra day i have to wait for my pay when my payroll department did their job.the worst card EEVVEERR....then i called and spoke to 4 different people and for some reason they "cant see a pending transaction on their end" question is then why the *** can i hear a pending amount on my end??!

But you cant see anything pending on your end???...they told me to press 1 for english but someone with an accent that i could hardly understand came on...NEVER USE EMERALD CARD FOR DIRECT DEPOSITE OR REFUND!!!!! I changed to Chime banking ...everyone at my job gets their pay a day or 2 early...EMERALD CARD SUCKS i hate them
