So i have been recieving thesre advance the last 8 yrs straight same tax person but this yr when i need it the most and i was told it was put on hold due to frauld alert pertection so i called them and they told me they wpuld contact me...i am a valued customer you would hope that they wpuld make it right

Well it's been almost 2 weeks and it was suppose to be 3 business days ...and I'm a trying everything not to be sleeping in a car with two kids and it's cold and it's gonna get colder and it's almost Christmas know there are actual real ppl that struggle...keeping it maintained for the girls it sucks...everyone out shopping for there loved ones and here I am working 12hrs a day you get get enough money to get our own place.. By yourself......cause you were told one thing and promised someone else another...100 guarantee they got you r back merry Xmas.


If it was put on hold for possible fraud wouldn't it be best to have them hold on to it to review your situation? I'd have thanked the person who goes out of their way to make sure nothing bad happens. Or you could always you know go to the office and speak with them rationally.
