I have used this company in the past. But, for 2024 filings done in 2025 we received a HUGE TAX BILL!!!

Never expected it as we have used them for filing through militaryonesource site.

Next time give them your wallet, car and home for the bill came soon after filing.

I ordered the H&R Block with the Black Friday deal, and my credit card was charged, but I never received the email with the download code. I called the customer service number, but it was replying from 7 AM to 7 PM central time, and the call was hung up. The time when I called was 10:00 AM eastern time, so it should have been 9:00 AM central time.

Fraudulent POM guarantee. Despite being tossed around multiple agents, a year later they refuse to file and pay out the POM claim for their errors, due to which I paid a penalty.

No proof anything was filed. Agents lie then disappear.

Agent tried consoling me with: 'I am sorry it didn't work out. Beyond submitting claims and providing documentation for the claim, as they request it.

If I were you, I would take the survey. It could shed some light on areas for improvement going forward.

My money just vanished I want answers i reinstalled the app I restarted my phone and nothing is working I have had a terrible experience with this service

I am currently abroad travelling in Australia but I have filed my taxes with the Remote Tax Expert on March 6th, 2025. After many tax expert reassignments, I still have NO information regarding my income taxes.

I have tried calling the branch I typically go to at home and they do not have access to this online system. I am asking that SOMEONE contact me asap regarding this matter, as I have been waiting for over 2 months!!

So I had three W-2s for tax return last year and a tax credit. No big deal, they say.

Well, you get charged the upgrade because you have this, this, and that. I was like, okay, whatever. Well, the IRS accepted my refund. Okay, should get it back in 3 weeks.

My state came and went; the time for my federal came and gone.

I called them and asked them, 'I don’t know, call IRS.' So I did. I won't get anyone able to help until 30 days.

We have been long-time customers. We received a letter from the IRS about them not receiving our 2021 return, but they did receive the amount we owed.

Multiple calls to the IRS and H&R Block to be told by H&R Block, 'Yeah, we see your return, and yeah, when you pay for help with letters from the IRS...yeah, we can't help you with old returns!' I explained that we upgraded so they would resolve issues with the IRS over our return and politely told me since it's been over 90 days, there wasn't anything he could do!

Stay as far away from this as you can!

I will give a good review to H and R to anyone I payed 375 dallor and now I'm still paying for there mistake and still can't talk to someone I will never go back and make sure my family and friends know how I was treated

What is a 8962 form and how do I get one? How do I get it filled out?

My identity was known to everyone in the norwood ohio HRblock office that day, and they did and said basically nothing about how they were going to handle their employees and others who were there, i question some of their job titles for people who try to get over on someone in a nice way. A company I'll never deal with again. Over an AGI.

I have been going to this office for years. I called this morning to make an appointment and after hanging up, I was sent a confirmation email in Spanish. There is nothing about me that is Spanish—I won't be going back to H&R Block. Here is part of what I received:
