I have been trying to get a hold of my tax "Pro" for weeks now. I filed in January and spent almost 400 bucks, I haven't received my state taxes bac.

I've left messages multiple times on MyBlock, I had one response but they just said they would look into it. I've called customer service toll free three times today. The first time, they didn't call back and the last two times it hung up when I pressed "2" to leave a message for my tax pro. I signed up for a 15 minute appointment 2.5 months ago and I was there for nearly 2 hours.

I had to "help" the professional because she didn't see obvious things on the software.

I don't think I should have to pay 400 bucks for this. And I STILL haven't heard where my funds are.

Was told I be refunded my money that was taken out my taxes as I tried con contact this online prep man he totally ignored my messages I even call his office and like New Jersey he erased all his messages that he sent me telling me to go to my local office then he took $400 out of my taxes he didn't do anything then the only reason I came to h&r block is to get that advance loan he puts it he applies for it in my deceased husband's name and he didn't want to answer for it he erased his messages I told him before he sent in a taxes I had a few questions totally disregarded didn't answer any questions didn't return my calls so I have college and are black they told me my prep feet would be refunded as I was told $89 I was trying to do almost $400 and it still has not been refunded back this is ridiculous I will I didn't know this is how you guys h&r block did business

THEY CHARGED HIM $400 FOR THE SIMPLEST RETURN. HE ONLY RECEIVED $600 OF HIS $1000 REFUND.

HE ONLY EARNED 10,000 FOR THE 2023 TAX YEAR. HE QUALIFIED FOR 'FREE' PREPARATION ANYWHERE! I CALLED AND ASKED WHY THEY DIDN''T TELL HIM AND THEY REPLIED '" WE DON'T HAVE TO TELL THEM!" HOW UNETHICAL, UNFAIR, EVIL ETC... IF YOU CAN ASSIST IN ANY WAY, PLEASE DO.

THIS IS ONE OF THE 'POOREST (IF NOT, THE POOREST) COMMUNITIES IN THE U.S. WE DON'T NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF US!

I WILL PURSUE EVERY AVENUE AVAILABLE (BBB, STATE ATTNY GENERAL, NEW MEXICO ACCOUNTING OFFICE, HUERFANO WORLD JOURNAL NEWSPAPER... ETC.

On February 27th I set an appointment with Ana C at the St.Robert MO location to file my taxs. I made a mistake and forgot one of my taxes, so I went to my parents where the tax paper was located and brought it back to the person up front and she said she would give it to Ana and get back to me.

Its been over a week and Ive been trying to get ahold of Ana by email and she wont respond. I have tried calling but I cant seem to get to who I need to at this location a lot of transferring. I am about to go in and ask for my papers and go somewhere else. It feels like after 7 years of using H&R my service is no longer wanted.

The email Im using to contact her is the one I saved from last year because I had her due my taxes last year and the experience was great. This year its not the same.

I have spended all evening yesterday, trying to E-File my retuns out and i keep getting a masege ( error, problems with the server or gateway disconnected ) Now i completely diagnosed all my home network and i am able to connect to all my mortgage co. and my bank and i am able to send and receive data back from them.

I need to solve this problem soon since i am running out of time. Please S.O.S. I work all day, but i don't do my personal work at my job ( personal security reasons ). P.S.

Until what time is posible i can get in contact with your people, Easter time zone.
