I purchased the download for Fed and State through their website, along with back up CD. The download said "invalid download file" after it downloaded and then said I had exceeded the authorized number of downloads when I tried to redo it.
Never got the CD/flashdrive I paid for over a month ago. Tried to call their 800-472-**** number. Ridiculous. Have to wait an hour at least to get somebody that just transfers you.
I waited again almost two hours with a countdown...your call will be answered in 1 hour, in 45 minutes, in 30 minutes etc. Got down to 8 minutes finally and then went back up to 50!! After almost three hours total on the phone...hung up. Local offices can't help.
No way to email them.
They ripped me off and there is no way to get help
I have a activation code and receipt...but nothing seems to matter to them. AWFUL
