On 03/07/2021 I use my emerald card ending in 2691 to order food from checkers from post mates I was charged a little over $72. When my order was suppose to arrive an hour later post mates didnt have anyone to deliver my food so it was cancelled by post mates.
I called post mates and they assured me that I would be refunded in 1-2 days but I wasnt. So I called the emerald customer services I was told my account was not good anymore due to you switching partners so I was given a new account that I wasnt aware of. So I was told that the card I used to Oder the food was no longer any good and I had to wait for 10 days for a new one which I just received today 3/17/2021.
When I activated my new card there was only $1.34 when I was told by you guys that it will only take 4 days for my money to return and be posted on the new card. I need to know where is my money that was refunded by post mates
